What Happens at Your Hens Party: A Step-by-Step Timeline with Butlers in the Buff

Interested in hiring a cheeky butler for your hens party? Here’s exactly what to expect on the day, from start to finish.

Before Your Booking

Once your deposit is paid, we’ll you to confirm that your butler has been booked.

Five days before the event, you’ll receive another email with an out-of-office contact number should you need it.

Your butler will contact you 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

He’ll call when he’s outside the venue and will arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. He’ll be in normal clothes and will need a private space—ideally a bathroom—with no personal belongings in it to change into his butler attire.

You must be reachable on the day for our butlers to contact you.

When Your Butler Arrives

Keep your phone on and close by when he’s due. Missing his call can delay the start of your event.

  • Once changed and ready, your butler will:
  • Meet and greet your guests
  • Serve any drinks or canapés you have
  • Mix and serve cocktails
  • Host games and keep the energy up
  • Organise and take group pictures
  • Make sure everyone’s having a good time

You just relax and enjoy yourself!

Important Rules and Responsibilities

Your venue must be private, not open to the public, and must not have anyone under 18 present.

You need to provide a private room for the butler to get changed.

We have a strict no inappropriate touching policy. That includes trying to remove a butler’s apron.

Photos are allowed while the butler is dressed—but not once the apron comes off, in the case of life drawing or similar bookings.

After the Event

Feel free to tag us on social media—Facebook, Instagram or X—if you post any group photos (we love to see customer snaps!).

FAQ’s

How long will the butler stay at my event?
Most bookings are 2 hours, depending on what you’ve arranged. You’ll confirm this when you book.

Can I book more than one butler?
Yes. For larger groups, multiple butlers can be booked. Just let us know your guest numbers when enquiring.

What does the butler wear?
Our standard outfit is collar, cuffs, and apron—nothing else. He’ll change into this once he arrives and has access to a private space.

Do I need to supply drinks or food?
Yes. Your butler serves what you provide. We don’t supply alcohol or snacks.

Can the butler help with party games?
Absolutely. Butlers can host, explain rules, and keep the group involved and laughing.

Is tipping expected?
Tips aren’t required, but if your butler goes above and beyond, it’s always appreciated.

Is there anything the butler won’t do?
Yes. We don’t tolerate inappropriate touching or behaviour. The apron stays on, and any disrespectful conduct will end the booking immediately.
